I am not just interested in individual clients any more, but concerned with the market as a whole. I am one of the main players on the market, a market leader, a major employer, someone who can determine the landscape, someone who can influence public life. I have strength, but also responsibility; I have a strategy and want my employees to identify with it, and I also want the wider public to identify with it.
